This hotel is a top selection for a short stay in Mecca with the best value. I really appreciated the helpful staff who recognized us at breakfast every morning and ensured we had tea and juice ready just how we like it. For anyone needing extra beds, just ask at reception, they’ll bring them right in.

In my wife’s opinion, the wait at check-in was frustrating for a family. Adding more staff during peak hours would really help families with children.

The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from the King Fahd Gate to the Haram, making it easy to access the sacred site. Family with children will love it!
My family of 4 stayed here for a week. The proximity to the mosque is unbeatable, just cross a road and bam, you're there. Plus, the breakfast was amazing, tons of dishes that made everyone happy! And the cleaning staff? Simply great, always checking if we needed anything.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for, right?

Had an awesome time with friends! The rooms were spacious, and we loved the breakfast buffet. We explored the nearby local market and enjoyed some historical sites. The staff was super helpful. special thanks to Noor for his outstanding service during breakfast. Quick access to the Mosque was a huge plus!
The only downside was the breakfast quality. it could use some improvement. One day, I also noticed a slight smell in the reception area that wasn't very pleasant.

The proximity to the Haram is unmatched, making it easy to attend prayers. Breakfast is a standout with a rich variety that includes pancakes that my kids loved. The room had a great view of the Haram, but a small oversight was a delayed response from the bell desk when I needed assistance for my children. Overall, this hotel balances comfort and convenience impeccably.
